Quick Solutions

Bot Not Responding

If the bot isn’t responding:
  1. Send /start to reset the conversation
  2. Restart the Telegram app
  3. Check out Discord announcements for maintenance notifications.
If commands aren’t working:
  • Be more specific with asset names (use BTC, ETH, SOL)
  • Include amounts and order types clearly
  • Check for typos in commands
  • Try simpler phrasing
  • Ask: "How do I [your goal]?"

Wallet Connection Problems

Wallet won’t connect:
  1. Ensure wallet app is updated
  2. Try different wallet (MetaMask, Trust, Rabby)
  3. Connect to Arbitrum, Ethereum, or Hyperliquid network
  4. Attempt connection via desktop computer / laptop
Can’t sign message:
  • Make sure wallet is unlocked
  • Check you’re on the correct network
  • Try refreshing the connection
  • Restart wallet application
  • Use a different device if available

Trading Issues

Orders not executing:
  • Verify sufficient balance
  • Check market is open/available
  • Ensure correct asset symbol
  • Try smaller position size
  • Check for maintenance periods
Funds not showing:
  1. Wait 5 minutes for updates (if just bridged)
  2. Ask bot: "Refresh my balance"
  3. Contact support if persistent

App Won't Load

Restart app, check internet connection

Slow Performance

Close other apps, use WiFi, update Telegram to latest version

Charts Not Working

Disable ad blockers, turn off your VPN if you are actively using it

PWA Installation Issues:
  • iOS: Use Safari, not Chrome
  • Android: Enable “Add to Home Screen” in browser settings
  • Clear browser cache before installing
  • Restart device after installation
Notifications not working:
  • Make sure bot is not muted in Telegram

  • Access funds directly via your wallet
